At “Art Inside”, female artists only from different parts of the world were invited to present their paintings and photographs to a very erudite audience. The exhibiting artists – most of whom attended in person – were Asli Özok, Ekin Onat, Pemra Aksoy and Tülin Onat from Turkey; Catherine Starkman and Ewa Bathelier from France; Joanna Borkowska from Poland; Laura Mylott Manning, Sarah Ashley Longshore and Tlisza Jaurique from the USA; and the Italian artist Sara Lucas, who lives in London.
Among the many artists with whom Gigi conducted in-depth interviews in Zurich and New York for this edition of Sunshine’s Nook is Gerhard Richter, one of the true greats of our day. Another welcome guest is Richard Armstrong, President of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, on whose International Directors’ Council Gigi Kracht has sat since 2013
